Text (CS+errata): Put a 1/1 green Wolf creature token onto the battlefield. It has "This creature gets +1/+1 for each card named Sound the Call in each graveyard." [Oracle 2009/07/08]
The creature token enters play as 1/1 (+1/+1 for each Sound the Call already in the graveyard) and then this card goes to the graveyard, giving it an additional +1/+1 prior to checking state-based effects. [Coldsnap FAQ 2006/06/14]
