  • You do not lose control of the stolen creature if it stops being a creature. You only lose control if Seasinger leaves your control or becomes untapped. [WotC Rules Team 1995/02/09]
  • It only checks if the opponent controls an Island at the time the ability resolves. Once it resolves, you don't lose control if they stop having an Island. [D'Angelo 2007/10/20]
