Vintage tournaments (see Rule 911) banned this card until 2005/10/20, when it became restricted until 2008/09/20, when it became unrestricted.
Legacy tournaments (see Rule 912) banned this card until 2005/10/20 because it only appears in Portal.
Extended tournaments (see Rule 913) have always banned this card.
Standard (Type 2) tournaments (see Rule 914) have always banned this card.
