[Oracle 2009/07/08] The check for the number of lands in play is made at the beginning of upkeep and this ability does not trigger if the condition is not met. The condition is also checked on resolution and the ability does nothing if it is not still true. [D'Angelo 1999/06/01] The land card goes into play under the current player's control.
