Lying about your middle name is cheating. So is your opponent denying that you got their middle name right. [Unhinged FAQ 2004/11/15]
If you have more than one middle name, each such name counts. If you have no middle name, then you can't say it and/or it can't be guessed. [Unhinged FAQ 2004/11/15]
All tournament formats have banned cards from Unhinged.
