Text (FE+errata): Target player discards two cards at random. [Oracle 2005/08/01]
The two cards are chosen at random and then discarded at the same time. This means the player chooses the order they are stacked in the graveyard. [DeLaney 1998/04/08]
Standard (Type 2) tournaments (see Rule 914) have banned this card since 1997/01/01 since it is no longer part of the environment. It was previously restricted from 1996/10/01 until 1997/01/01.
Extended tournaments (see Rule 913) have banned this card since 1999/10/01.
