    Text (IN+errata): Destroy target artifact. It can't be regenerated. Put X 1/1 green Saproling creature tokens onto the battlefield, where X is that artifact's converted mana cost. [Oracle 2009/07/08]
  • This spell is countered and you get no Saprolings if the artifact is an illegal target on resolution. [Invasion FAQ 2000/10/03]
