If you have two or more Legionnaires, they can all attack. [D'Angelo 1994/08/01]
Will prevent Evil Eye of Orms-by-Gore from attacking. [Aahz 1994/10/21] Unless they are artifacts for some reason.
Note - This card was creature type "Legionnaire" until Oracle 2007/10/01, when it became "Human Soldier". Then with Oracle 2008/01/01 it became "Giant Soldier".
